Your enquiry is emailed to us and a copy is saved in our enquiry records, so we can follow up and keep track of the conversation. These records are for running Horizon Strings and are not publicly accessible.
Who sees your information
Our website, email and data storage providers process information to help us run these services. We don’t sell your details or pass them to marketing partners. If arranging your event means sharing details with another supplier or partner, we’ll tell you first and ask where permission is needed. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
